NOTICES
Annual General Meeting
We
had our AGM on Wednesday 19th September 2008. Items discussed were the upkeep of the site and buildings, future projects as
well as reports from all sections of the Group. All Officers are going to remain the same, however as of the next AGM, we
will be looking for a new Secretary. The Chairman also organised a Committee to work on bringing additional Funds to the group.
Lastly, Frazer is leaving his post at Assistant Group Scout Leader to work with the 24th Chelmsford. We thank him for all
the work he has done with us and wish him well in his new post. If anyone requires a copy of the minutes of the meeting, please
